HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Trideum Corporation is honored to be selected to support the U.S. Army’s Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, by providing towed target data logger mission support to various Department of Defense weapon system developers and testers.
Trideum, with subcontractor Dynetics Inc., will provide equipment and systems engineering support for existing Sphere and Cruise Missile towed targets, Global Positioning System (GPS) and Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) data loggers, data reduction tools and other associated equipment.
“Trideum is honored to lead a collaborative team providing effective, quality, and knowledge-based unmanned aerial target systems flight testing, training services, and equipment for the U.S. Army,” said Van Sullivan, Trideum Corporation president.
Trideum’s and Dynetics’ support under this contract includes systems engineering and preparing GPS data logger receivers for each tow target flight, collecting data from the data recorders after each flight, and conducting training to collect and process the resultant data.
Work will occur at government site locations primarily at Norfolk, Virginia; and Yuma, Arizona; Sarasota and Pensacola, Florida.
Trideum was awarded the contract with TSMO to provide the data logger hardware, test and training support under the U.S. Army’s Aerial Target Systems 2 (ATS 2) indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity contract. TSMO is a subordinate office of the U.S. Army Project Manager Cyber Test and Training (PM CT2).
