Founded on February 28, 2005, by visionaries Van Sullivan, Kurt Lessmann, and Lewis Hundley, Trideum has grown from a modest startup into a formidable force in the defense technology sector.
Over the years, Trideum has expanded its reach and capabilities significantly. Starting with a focus on weapon system test and evaluation, the company now offers a wide range of services including training, modeling and simulation, and development and delivery of advanced technology solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity expertise.
Reflecting on the journey, CEO Van Sullivan shared, “It’s been an incredible 20 years of growth and innovation. On day one we opened our doors at 4946 Research Drive with 26 dedicated individuals. Today we have nearly 500 employees working at 25 locations in the U.S. and Kuwait and recently became a 100% employee-owned company. Our journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.”
Trideum maintains corporate offices across the country, including its headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama, and satellite offices in Leavenworth, Kansas, and in Killeen and El Paso, Texas. The company’s growth is further evidenced by its appearance on the annual Inc. 5000 list twelve times.
