Trideum Corporation is pleased to announce the promotion of Tony Lashley to Operations Manager, Systems and Technology Sector. In his new role, Tony will be responsible for managing operations within Trideum’s Systems and Technology (S&T) Sector in Huntsville, AL. He will be responsible for planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing organizational changes. As Operations Manager, he will be responsible for the care and professional development of S&T employees in Huntsville, along with guiding policy and supporting strategic partnerships and relationships for the organization.
Tony has been with Trideum for the past 18 months as Senior Program Manager and brings over 30 years of industry experience to the company. His commitment to excellence is evident in his professional achievements and his dedication to mentoring team members. His efforts have already significantly contributed to S&T business development activities. Prior to joining Trideum, Tony served as Director of Operations at Yulista Solutions, LLC., where he played a key role in attaining a significant contract for NASA Aircraft Maintenance, Modification, Engineering, and Logistics.
Reflecting on his promotion, Tony stated, “I am very excited to take on this new role as Operations Manager and work with other managers within S&T, as well as corporate managers, to continue the growth of the company. Most importantly, I look forward to continuing to support the outstanding employees at Trideum who help us maintain current work and grow new work with our existing (and new) customers.”
Tony holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also retired as an O-3E after serving in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve.
Tony lives in Huntsville, AL with his wife of more than 30 years, Betsy. Their son Gregory is a U.S. Army Captain, and their son Garrett is a Software Engineer. Tony enjoys soccer and coached youth soccer for over 15 years and has even been a referee for youth and adult soccer.
