This tutorial was given during the online vIITSEC Conference on 1 December 2020. It is intended for decision makers who need a top-level understanding of Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) interoperability and the supporting standards, technology and processes.
The objective of this tutorial is to provide managers and those new to LVC technology the high-level insight needed to support intelligent decision making when encountering a need for interoperability
