FORT BELVOIR, Va. – The US Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Program Office awarded the Aerial and Ground Intelligence Sensor Simulation (AGISS) contract Sept. 30, to Trideum’s Joint Venture (JV) TriHawk, LLC – a joint venture between Trideum Corporation and Blackhawk Management Corporation.
The AGISS contract will provide engineering support to Army Futures Command (AFC), Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD), Modeling and Simulation Division (MSD).
“The Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate is at the forefront of delivering new mission-critical capabilities to the warfighter,” said Favio Lopez, Trideum Corporation chief operating officer. “We are thrilled Trihawk was selected to continue supporting Army modernization and the Army’s cross- functional teams under this contract.”
Led by Trideum, the TriHawk team will provide research, development, engineering, training, and systems integration for sensor modeling, laboratory and field testing, signature measurement, sensor interoperability and networking, and simulations development and experimentation. These capabilities are central to successfully fulfilling the MSD mission.
