Joe Yearta, Trideum’s Chief Compliance Officer and former Chief Financial Officer, has retired as of December 31st, 2022.
Joe has been a dynamic executive with exceptional technical and operational management expertise. With years of experience in government contracting, Joe has provided Trideum with policies and processes that will continue to guide the company’s compliance program well into the future.
He has also demonstrated strong visionary thinking and the ability to marshal corporate resources to execute that vision. Throughout his career, he has designed and developed project management techniques and consulting service programs, has directed several hundred senior professionals, and has managed budgets of over $400M.
Favio Lopez, President and COO of Trideum, shared his thoughts about Joe’s retirement saying, “Joe is a great friend and will be missed at Trideum; however, he will continue to use his many talents to serve the Huntsville community. We look forward to supporting him in the future. We know that Joe will do good in the world and that’s what matters.”
Married to his wife for over 40 years, Joe has two adult sons, is involved in several professional organizations including Committee of 100, and is an alumni of Leadership Greater Huntsville Focus 18 and Leadership 29 programs, and serves on the board of Huntsville Emergency Medical Services, Inc. (HEMSI).
Upon his retirement, Joe had a few words of advice for his colleagues, “Don’t make work your entire life. Go see the world. Go on dates with your wife, your husband, with the people that matter the most to you. Call your mama, hug your kids, and tell them you love them every day. And for Pete’s sake, lighten up and laugh often.”
