Jim Chase has been promoted to Director of Quality for Trideum Corporation. The former Director of Quality, Brian Hobson, has taken on a new role as Principal Solutions Architect for Trideum.
As one of the founding employees of Trideum, starting with the company 18 years ago, Jim has served in several roles over the years including Quality Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Senior Project Engineer/Analyst.
Ensuring Quality Deliverables
Building on his experience as Quality Manager, Jim, in his new role, will be responsible for the continued improvement and operation of the Trideum Quality Management System (QMS) and maintaining the company’s compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 industry standard. Moreover, he will be developing and supporting initiatives to improve process and capability performance and efficiency, ensuring Trideum delivers the highest quality solutions and services to customers.
Trideum’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Favio Lopez, said, “Jim has been with Trideum from the very beginning. He knows our QMS inside and out, has led our internal audit program, and has been passionate about process improvement for years. I know that his transition to this leadership role will be seamless.”
About Jim
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University, and currently resides in the Huntsville, Alabama area. Jim and his wife Janet have been married nearly 29 years and they have two sons, Christopher (23) and Andrew (19).
When Jim is not working, he enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with family. He has served as a board member and officer of the Trideum Foundation and is also a former Webelos den leader. He is an active board member for Cove Church Ministries.
